Community Guidelines

Version 1.1 — Effective 12 August 2026

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") set the rules for behaviour and content on https://tempteed.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by Selodap Limited. They form part of your agreement with us (see Terms of Service). Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent Account termination.

1. Core Principles

The Service is an online dating platform for adults. You must:

  • be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • treat others with basic respect;
  • use the Service lawfully and honestly;
  • understand that Entertainment Profiles (see Terms of Service, Section 6) are part of the Service and that physical meetings with them are not possible.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, send, solicit or link to content that:

2.1 Absolute prohibitions (zero tolerance)

  • depicts, promotes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual content involving anyone under 18 — we report to authorities;
  • constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn), hidden-camera content, or deepfake sexual imagery of identifiable persons without consent;
  • depicts or promotes bestiality, necrophilia, or extreme violence tied to sexual activity;
  • facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion;
  • contains malware, phishing, or technical attacks.

2.2 Strong restrictions

  • Commercial sexual services — escorting, prostitution, pay-for-sex arrangements, or advertising thereof;
  • Solicitation of money or valuables (romance scams, investment fraud, gift-card schemes);
  • Harassment, threats, stalking or targeted abuse;
  • Hate speech — content promoting violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or comparable protected characteristics;
  • Doxxing — publishing another person's private identifying information without consent;
  • Impersonation of another real person, celebrity, or our staff;
  • Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive copy-paste outreach, or automated messaging without authorisation.

2.3 Photo and media rules

  • all depicted persons must be 18+ and have consented to the depiction on an adult service;
  • no images of minors in any context, including "innocent" family photos;
  • no images primarily depicting weapons, illegal drugs, or graphic violence;
  • profile photos must reasonably represent you (or be clearly artistic/abstract where allowed); misleading catfishing imagery is prohibited;
  • age-restricted media is subject to the Adult Content & Age Policy.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • create multiple Accounts to evade bans, limits or verification;
  • share your Account credentials;
  • circumvent paywalls, Coin charges, age verification, blurring or access controls;
  • scrape, harvest or index profiles, messages or data by automated means;
  • reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the Service's infrastructure;
  • use the gift or Coin system to launder money or to conduct off-platform commercial transactions;
  • use the Service if you are on our ban list (including IP or device fingerprint bans);
  • encourage or assist others to violate these Guidelines.

4. Interactions with Entertainment Profiles

4.1. Entertainment Profiles are operated by the Service and do not represent real, available persons. Do not arrange travel, send large sums of money, or share financial details in the belief you are meeting that person.

4.2. Operators and automated systems may respond to your messages. This is disclosed in the Terms of Service.

5. Messaging and Chat

5.1. Keep conversations consensual. Stop if the other party asks you to. Unwanted sexual messages after a clear stop request may constitute harassment.

5.2. Do not send malware links, external payment links to untrusted destinations, or requests for identity documents.

5.3. We may monitor and moderate messages (automated and human) for safety and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy.

5.4. Safety Tips. We do not perform criminal background screenings of users. For a safer experience:

  • never send money, gift cards, or financial information to anyone you meet on the Service;
  • be wary of anyone who quickly professes strong feelings, asks to move the conversation off-platform, or tells a story that ends in a request for help or money;
  • do not share your home or work address, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information in chat;
  • if you arrange to meet another user in person, meet in a public place, tell a friend or family member where you are going, and arrange your own transportation;
  • report suspicious behaviour immediately (Section 6).

6. Reporting

6.1. Use in-product Report buttons or email [email protected].

6.2. Include: the reported username; a description; screenshots where helpful; and whether you believe a minor is involved (we prioritise these reports).

6.3. False or malicious reports may themselves lead to sanctions.

6.4. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). If an intimate image or video of you — including a digitally created or altered ("deepfake") depiction — appears on the Service without your consent, report it via the in-product reporting features or [email protected] with: information sufficient to locate the content, and a statement (with your signature or electronic equivalent) that you have a good-faith belief the depiction is non-consensual. We remove validated NCII, and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies, within 48 hours of a valid request, and preserve evidence as legally required.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

7.1. We use a combination of automated detection (including image classifiers for nudity, CSAM hash matching where integrated, spam signals) and human review.

7.2. Depending on severity and history, we may:

  • remove or blur content;
  • issue a warning;
  • restrict features (messaging, uploads, purchases);
  • suspend temporarily;
  • terminate permanently;
  • ban IP addresses or device fingerprints;
  • report to law enforcement.

7.3. CSAM and imminent-threat content is escalated immediately. We preserve evidence as legally required.

7.4. Where applicable law requires transparency on moderation (including the UK Online Safety Act, Australian Online Safety Act and similar regimes), eligible users may receive a statement of reasons for content restrictions and access to complaint mechanisms as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

If you believe we made an error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the action, with your username and a clear explanation. We review appeals in good faith but are not obliged to reinstate content or Accounts where our decision was reasonable.

9. Changes

We may update these Guidelines. Material changes are communicated in-product. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; where fresh acceptance is required, we will request it explicitly.
