Adult Content & Age Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective 12 August 2026
This Adult Content & Age Policy ("Policy") forms part of your agreement with Selodap Limited ("we", "us", "our") and applies to https://tempteed.com and related services (the "Service"). It explains how we restrict adult-oriented content to adults, how age is attested and verified, and your rights in that process. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Adults Only — Zero Tolerance for Minors
1.1. The Service contains age-restricted and sexually explicit material intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access any part of the Service.
1.2. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards minors. We do not knowingly permit minors to register, access, or interact with the Service. If we discover or reasonably suspect that an Account is held by or accessed by a minor, we will suspend or terminate the Account, delete associated data as appropriate, and may report the matter to competent authorities.
1.3. You must not attempt to circumvent age controls, misrepresent your age, or assist any minor in accessing the Service.
2. Age Attestation at Registration
2.1. When you register, you must provide your true date of birth and affirmatively confirm that you are of legal age. This is not a pre-ticked default — you must take a deliberate action to attest.
2.2. We keep a secure record of your attestation, including the date of birth you declared, your calculated age, when and where the attestation was made, relevant device and connection information, and the version of the legal documents displayed to you.
2.3. Age attestation alone allows access to the general Service but does not unlock Age-Restricted Content (Section 4).
2.4. If you registered through a third-party sign-on provider and we could not collect a valid date of birth, you will be prompted to provide one before full access is granted. Until then, your access remains restricted.
3. What Counts as Age-Restricted Content
3.1. "Age-Restricted Content" means images, videos or other media that require completed age verification before they may be viewed clearly. This includes blurred previews shown before verification.
3.2. Age-Restricted Content may appear in profiles (including Entertainment Profiles described in the Terms of Service), galleries, chat attachments and promotional materials within the Service.
3.3. Profile images that are not age-restricted and general site browsing are subject to age attestation (Section 2) but not to the additional verification step in Section 4.
4. Age Verification for Age-Restricted Content
4.1. Self-declaration is not sufficient to view Age-Restricted Content in clear (unblurred) form. Before this content is unlocked, you must successfully complete an age-verification check.
4.2. We use age-estimation technology (which may include AI-based analysis of facial images) to assess whether you are likely to be an adult. This technology is operated under strict privacy controls described in Section 5 and our Privacy Policy.
4.3. Two verification paths are available:
(a) Approved profile photo. If you have an approved profile photo on your Account, you may choose to have age estimation run against that photo instead of uploading a separate capture. Because this is a new purpose for that photo, we ask for your explicit consent before running the analysis; the consent is recorded in your consent history. The privacy guarantees of Section 5.2 and 5.4–5.5 apply to the analysis and its outputs.
(b) One-time capture. If you do not have an approved profile photo, you must submit a one-time facial capture through the in-product verification flow. This capture exists solely to assess age eligibility for Age-Restricted Content.
4.4. Verification outcomes:

4.5. A rejected verification does not automatically terminate your Account. You may contact [email protected] to request human review of an automated rejection (see Privacy Policy, Section 4).
4.6. We may require re-verification if we have reasonable grounds to doubt your age, following a report, fraud signal, or regulatory requirement.
5. One-Time Capture — Privacy Guarantees
When you use the one-time capture path, the following guarantees apply:
5.1. Dedicated private storage. Your capture is stored separately from your public photos and profile media. It cannot appear on your profile or be seen by other users.
5.2. Single purpose. The capture is processed only for age-estimation and audit purposes. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or entertainment features.
5.3. Immediate deletion. The image file is deleted as soon as a verification decision is made (approval or rejection). If no decision is reached, it is deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest.
5.4. What we keep. After deletion, we retain only a non-reversible digital fingerprint proving that a verification occurred, a minimal record of when and how the decision was made, its outcome, and your corresponding consent record. These records are kept only as long as necessary for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
5.5. No publication, no sharing. We do not publish, sell, license or share your capture with other users, advertisers or third parties except processors bound by data-processing agreements acting strictly on our instructions for the verification operation.
5.6. Explicit consent. Submitting a one-time capture requires your explicit, informed consent displayed immediately before capture, including a plain-language summary of Sections 5.1–5.5.
6. Blurring and Access Controls
6.1. Until your age has been successfully confirmed, Age-Restricted Content is shown in blurred or otherwise restricted form regardless of your Coin balance, Premium membership, or payment for image unlocks. Payment may unlock the relevant content tier, but only successful age verification allows the content to be viewed clearly.
6.2. These access controls are enforced by the Service and cannot be bypassed by changing browser, device, or display settings.
7. User-Uploaded Content and Age-Restriction Classification
7.1. If you upload photos, you must not upload images depicting persons under 18. We apply automated and human moderation; images may be classified as age-restricted and subject to this Policy.
7.2. You represent that all persons depicted in your uploads are adults who have consented to the depiction on an adult-oriented service.
8. Reporting Suspected Minors
8.1. If you believe another user is under 18, report immediately via in-product reporting or [email protected].
8.2. We investigate all reports promptly. Confirmed or strongly suspected cases result in Account termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
9. Parental Controls and Device-Level Restrictions
9.1. The Service is not designed for use with parental-control bypass tools. We recommend device-level restrictions for households with minors.
9.2. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents who believe a minor has provided data should contact [email protected] for expedited deletion.
10. Regulatory Context (User Markets)
10.1. Age-assurance and minor-protection rules apply based on your User Market, not the Contracting Entity's country of incorporation. Primary Market examples:

10.2. We may apply stricter controls when your User Market is detected (geolocation, payment country, declared country), without reducing protections elsewhere.
10.3. Where a User Market mandates a specific age-assurance method, we implement it for users in that market and update this Policy.
10.4. United States — record-keeping. Where 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions on the Service, the required statement and custodian-of-records information are published at https://tempteed.com/legal/2257 or provided on request at [email protected]. All persons depicted in content produced for the Service are required to be 18 or older at the time of creation (Section 7).
11. Changes
Material changes to this Policy will be notified in-product or by email. Where acceptance is required, we will request your renewed affirmative consent and record the new version in your consent history.
